Frequently Asked Questions
We help you select suitable course and institution options (language schools, junior colleges, universities, vocational colleges) based on your academic profile and aspirations. Once you’ve chosen a program, we guide you through admission requirements, documentation, and application submission.
You must first receive a Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) from your Japanese institution, which serves as pre-approval for your visa. Once issued, we assist you with preparing required documents: a completed visa application form, passport, a photograph, and your original CoE. This makes the visa application smoother and more accurate.
Most institutions in Japan begin in April (Spring intake) and September/October (Fall intake). Deadlines and availability vary by school, so early planning is key to meeting their application timelines.
It depends on your program. If you're enrolling in a Japanese-language course or degree, you'll typically need to prepare for JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test). Many institutions also offer English-taught programs where minimal Japanese is required for daily life, and we support all levels.
International students commonly live in shared apartments or dormitories. Some language schools or universities help arrange housing before departure. We guide you through budgeting, finding options, and application support.
